Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it — unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some products are not eligible for return, including:

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
